MainAd 
is looking for a self-motivated, Digital Junior Sales Manager that can bring his/her energy and experience into a unique role. MainAd’s team in Milan is quite new and the Digital Junior Sales Manager has the opportunity to contribute to the growth while building a professional career. He/she will be responsible for building relationships directly with clients, educating them on the MainAd’s proposition and competitive know-how, and persuading them to work with MainAd.

Sales Manager in MainAd:

– Understands digital marketing, ad operations or ad technology – it’s very helpful.
– Has the ability to prospect to decision-makers within enterprise marketing departments.
– Assists in the preparation and execution of major sales pitches.
– Produces proposals for new business that are compelling and meet the needs of the client.
– Work as part of a team to drive new revenue opportunities.
– Delivers revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and collaboration with team members
– Engages clients about all products within portfolio and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives
– Manages and maintains the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s)

Experience and qualifications:

– A good deal of contacts of direct clients and agency clients.
– Understanding of advertiser, agency, competitors, data and vendors’ landscapes and trends.
– Excellent sales and consultant skills including persuasive and synthetic communication, negotiation and presentation.
– Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
– Able to work in a fast-paced organization, with a startup environment
– Very good English skills, another European language will be a plus (Spanish, German, French)
