Job description:
We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager who enjoys hunting and building new relationships, will think strategically, is collaborative, and has the drive to commit to objectives. He/she will carry out great ideas while developing long-term relationships with new leads and converting them into customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and successfully generating and closing new business deals.

How you can expect to spend your day:
– You’ll prospect, evaluate, and support the onboard of mid-size advertisers and advertising agencies;
– Proactively fuel and categorize the pipe, through market intelligence and step by step networking;
– Engaging with current and potential clients;
– Learning how to provide valuable insights to clients;
– Taking the initiative to identify new opportunities;
– Pitch new clients adapting the offer in the way to satisfy their business goals;
– Pursue both individual and team sales goals;
– Share your best practices and benefit from those of your colleagues;
– Work closely with our campaign managers team to launch campaigns;
– Closely track industry and product trends to stay at the top of your game.

Experience and qualifications:
– At least 1-2 years of Sales experience, ideally programmatic advertising;
– A good deal of contacts of direct clients and agency clients;
– Demonstrated track record of success in building business opportunities;
– Diligent work ethic. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done;
– Understand advertiser, agency, competitors, data and vendors’ landscapes and trends;
– Excellent sales skills including persuasive communication, negotiation and presentation;
– In-depth knowledge of Display, Programmatic, Performance and Retargeting;
– Quick learner, with strong analytical and consultative skills;
– Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
– Able to work in a de-centralized organization, with a startup attitude;
– Very good English skills, another European language will be a plus;
– Willing to travel as needed to attend conferences, meet prospective clients or Headquarters;
– Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
– Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player;
– Proficient in business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM etc.).
