Job description:
– Plan the proper initial setup of campaigns based on customers’ need;
– Execute the setup, optimization, debugging and monitoring of online
campaigns;
– Actively respond to escalations relating to integration issues, discrepancies,
Brand Safety etc;
– Generate and interpret reporting that yields competitive insights for clients;
– Assist with the requests received through our ticketing system such as Jira;
– Consult and propose optimization solutions for processes in order to achieve
both internal and external goals;
– Work closely with internal and external customers to deliver customized
implementation plans as well as ensure the best possible strategy for client
success.

Esperienza e requisiti richiesti:
– At least 2/3 years in digital marketing technical account management in 
programmatic / retargeting / campaign management environment working with
large clients;
– Excellent analytical skills;
– Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet;
– Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is a must;
– Knowledge and understanding of digital campaigns’ abbreviations, such as ROI,
CPC, and SSP, DSP are important;
– Technical skills involving browser developer tools, JS, HTML, XML, CSV/TCV and
Google Tag Manager;
– Experience in working with Google Analytics or equivalent tool is a plus;
– Awareness of differences between performance and branding-oriented
campaigns is a plus as well as familiarity with the concept of cookies (a huge plus
for knowledge about cookie-less future);
– Experience in troubleshooting technical issues is advantageous.
